EPA Approves Nevada State Plan for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the Nevada State Plan for implementing emissions guidelines for existing municipal solid waste landfills, submitted by the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) to meet federal clean air act requirements.
