Notice and Recordkeeping for Nonsubscription Digital Transmissions

To adjust for changes brought about by the passage of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the Copyright Office of the Library of Congress is amending the regulation that requires the filing of an initial notice of digital transmissions of sound recordings under statutory license with the Copyright Office.
