EPA Proposes Approval of South Dakota State Implementation Plan Revisions
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve revisions to South Dakota's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which update the state's incorporation of the Federal New Source Performance Standards (NSPS). The revisions, submitted by the Governor's designee in 1997 and 1999, align with federal regulations and clarify the interpretation of Indian country in South Dakota.
