EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerance for Sulfentrazone Residues on Sunflowers, Lima Beans, and Cowpeas

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to use the pesticide sulfentrazone on sunflowers, lima beans, and cowpeas, and established a maximum permissible level for residues of sulfentrazone in these food commodities, which will expire on December 30, 2000.
