EPA Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Lead and Lead Compounds

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the comment period for a proposed rule to lower reporting thresholds for lead and lead compounds, originally set to close on September 17, 1999, until November 1, 1999, in response to public requests.
