Navy to Grant Exclusive License to Applied Analysis Research Company for Government-Owned Inventions

The US Department of the Navy has announced its intention to grant Applied Analysis Research Company a non-transferable, exclusive license to utilize its government-owned patents, including the Discriminate Reduction Data Processor (US Patent 5,619,432) and the Discriminate Reduction Data Processing (US Patent 5,652,713).
