Tebuconazole; Extension of Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended time-limited tolerances for residues of the fungicide tebuconazole in various food products, including barley, wheat, and pistachios, for an additional year. These tolerances, which expire on December 31, 2000, were granted in response to EPA's emergency exemptions under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
