HUD Amends NOFA for Resident Opportunities and Self Sufficiency (ROSS) Program

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is updating the eligibility criteria and application deadlines for the Resident Opportunities and Self Sufficiency (ROSS) Program, which was previously announced on August 10, 1999, and allows existing applicants to maintain their current status without reapplying.
