U.S. Agency Announces Open Competition for Exchanges and Training Programs in Eurasia

The U.S. Information Agency is seeking proposals from non-profit organizations to develop cultural exchange programs in 10 newly independent states, with funding subject to available grants and the Fulbright-Hays Act of 1961.
