EPA to Delete Baxter/Union Pacific Railroad Tie Treating Plant from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region VIII is seeking public comment on its intent to remove the Baxter/Union Pacific Railroad Tie Treating Plant in Laramie, Wyoming from the National Priorities List (NPL), a list of hazardous waste sites for priority cleanup, due to successful corrective actions under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
