EPA Deletes Smuggler Mountain Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has removed the Smuggler Mountain Superfund Site in Aspen, Colorado, from the National Priorities List (NPL) due to the site's low risk to public health and the environment, as long as ongoing maintenance and control measures are in place.
