Notice of Intent to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Incidental Take Permit in Washington State

The National Marine Fisheries Service and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service plan to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a permit allowing the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife to take Federally listed fish and shellfish species in Washington state, as part of their Hydraulic Project Approval program.
