Commission Allows Credit Card and Debit Card Contributions in Presidential Campaigns
The Federal Election Commission published revised regulations on June 17, 1999, allowing credit and debit card contributions to be matched under the Presidential Primary Matching Payment Account Act, effective January 1, 1999.
