Airworthiness Directive for Pratt & Whitney JT9D-7R4 Series Turbofan Engines

The FAA has issued a new airworthiness directive requiring inspections of certain Pratt & Whitney JT9D-7R4 series turbofan engines to prevent a potentially catastrophic engine failure, following an investigation into a stage 1 HPT disk fracture.
