PCX Receives Approval for Rule Change and Examination Requirement

Pacific Exchange, Inc. (PCX) has received approval from regulators to implement a new rule requiring qualified off-floor traders to pass the General Securities Registered Representative Examination, Test Series 7, with accelerated approval granted for Amendment No. 1.
