HUD Announces Revised Annual Adjustment Factors for Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Program

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released revised Annual Adjustment Factors (AAFs) to adjust Section 8 contract rents, effective October 1, 1999, based on changes in residential rent and utilities costs.
