Federal Housing Finance Board to Reorganize Regulations for Greater Consistency and Efficiency

The Federal Housing Finance Board is proposing to renumber and reorganize its regulations to align with current stylistic conventions and improve the presentation of rules governing the Federal Home Loan Banks and the Federal Home Loan Bank System, in preparation for the 2000 incorporation of new financial management regulations.
