Oswego Harbor Power LLC and Other Companies Receive Order from Regulators Regarding Power Generation

Regulatory agencies have issued an order to Oswego Harbor Power LLC and several other companies, including Duke Energy Merchants, LLC, CMS Generation Michigan Power, L.L.C., Midwest Generation, LLC, Casco Bay Energy Company, LLC, Northbrook New York, LLC, and Bay State GPE, Inc., regarding their power generation operations.
