EPA Proposes Approval of Massachusetts Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which establishes a statewide enhanced motor vehicle inspection and maintenance program to meet EPA requirements under the Clean Air Act.
