US Commission Extends Deadline for Comments on Proposed RTO Rulemaking

The US Commission is proposing changes to its Federal Power Act regulations to help create Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs), with a new deadline for comments set after an extension at the request of the Edison Electric Institute, following a May 13, 1999, initial proposal.
