Transfer of Administrative Jurisdiction for Willow Island Locks and Dam Project in Wayne National Forest, Ohio

The US Department of the Army and the US Department of Agriculture have transferred administrative jurisdiction of 63.12 acres in the Wayne National Forest, Ohio, and received 23.74 acres from the Department of the Army for inclusion in the forest, meeting a 1956 Congressional oversight requirement.
