Alcoa Point Comfort/Lavaca Bay NPL Site: Draft Damage Assessment and Restoration Plan/Environmental Assessment for Recreational Fishing Service Losses Now Available for Public Review and Comment

The U.S. natural resource trustee agencies have released a draft plan to compensate for losses to recreational fishing services at the Alcoa Point Comfort/Lavaca Bay NPL Site, which was contaminated by hazardous substances, and are seeking public comments on the plan.
