EPA Approves Connecticut's Nitrogen Oxides Budget and Allowance Trading Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) revisions to its State Implementation Plan (SIP), which will help reduce nitrogen oxide emissions in the northeastern United States during the ozone season.
