EPA Approves Connecticut's Nitrogen Oxides Budget and Allowance Trading Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the State of Connecticut's revisions to its State Implementation Plan (SIP), which includes a regulation and trading orders aimed at reducing nitrogen oxide emissions in the northeastern United States.
