US Department of Agriculture Adopts New Vidalia Onion Assessment Rate
The US Department of Agriculture has finalized a rule reducing the assessment rate for Vidalia onion handlers from $0.10 to $0.07 per 50-pound bag, effective for the 1998-99 fiscal period and beyond.
