EPA Approves New Hampshire's Air Quality Implementation Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved two State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (DES), including a Stage II comparability demonstration and a Clean Fuel Fleets opt out, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
