EPA Approves New Hampshire's Air Quality Implementation Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve two State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services, including a Stage II comparability demonstration and a Clean Fuel Fleets opt out, without prior public comment period, as the agency considers them noncontroversial.
