Burkhart Grob Luft-Und Raumfahrt GmbH & CO KG Models G103 TWIN II and G103A TWIN II ACRO Sailplanes: New Airworthiness Directive

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has adopted a new airworthiness directive requiring Burkhart Grob Luft-Und Raumfahrt GmbH & CO KG Models G103 TWIN II and G103A TWIN II ACRO sailplanes to undergo preflight checks for a cracked fastening nut at the rear control stick, and replace it with a stainless steel nut to prevent loss of control during flight instruction operations.
