EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule for Wisconsin Sulfur Dioxide State Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its direct final rule approving a site-specific revision to the Wisconsin sulfur dioxide State Implementation Plan (SIP) due to adverse comments received on the rule, which was published on August 16, 1999.
