EPA Policy on Grants to Intertribal Consortia

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a policy allowing grants to be awarded to intertribal consortia, in addition to individual Indian tribes, for various EPA grant programs. This policy is based on the EPA's statutory authorities and is intended to support environmental protection efforts among Native American communities.
