EPA Promulgates Revised Standards for Hazardous Waste Incinerators to Limit Toxic Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized standards for hazardous waste incinerators, cement kilns, and lightweight aggregate kilns to reduce emissions of toxic substances, including chlorinated dioxins and furans, and particulate matter, under the Clean Air Act and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
