EPA Approves Delaware's Enhanced Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Delaware, which establishes an enhanced motor vehicle inspection and maintenance program in Kent and New Castle counties, in line with the Clean Air Act.
