EPA Approves Tennessee's Plan for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Tennessee's section 111(d) plan, which outlines the state's strategy for implementing and enforcing emissions guidelines for existing municipal solid waste landfills, submitted by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) on January 8, 1999.
