EPA Approves Tennessee State Plan for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation's (TDEC) plan for implementing and enforcing emissions guidelines for existing municipal solid waste landfills in the state, as submitted on January 8, 1999.
