Ohio Governor Delegated Authority for State Implementation Plans

Ohio Governor Bob Taft notified the EPA on May 6, 1999, that he delegated his authority to develop and submit State Implementation Plans (SIPs) to Christopher Jones, Director of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA).
