NOAA to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Proposed Fishery Management Plan for Highly Migratory Species off West Coast

NOAA is planning to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for its proposed Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for Highly Migratory Species (HMS) fisheries off the West Coast, with public scoping hearings to be held in California, Oregon, and Washington.
