USDA Amends Agriculture Acquisition Regulation to Reflect Changes in FAR Part 15

The USDA is revising and reorganizing part 415 of the Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) to align with changes in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 15, making it easier for users to reference both regulations simultaneously.
