U.S. Department of Commerce to Test Alternative Personnel Management System
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has approved a demonstration project for the U.S. Department of Commerce to test an alternative personnel management system, which includes changes to performance-based reduction-in-force procedures and bonus guidelines.
