U.S. Government Certifies Eligibility for International Fund for Ireland Contributions

The U.S. government has certified that certain funds from the fiscal years 1998 and 1999 are eligible for contributions to the International Fund for Ireland, a non-profit organization established to promote reconciliation and cooperation between Ireland and Northern Ireland.
