Coast Guard Extends Public Comment Period for Rules of Practice, Procedure, and Evidence

The Coast Guard is reopening the public comment period for its interim rule on Rules of Practice, Procedure, and Evidence for Administrative Proceedings of the Coast Guard for an additional 180 days, following several requests for an extension.
