U.S. to Ease Export Controls on Medical Products and Gas Monitoring Systems

The U.S. Commerce Department is revising export controls on medical products containing certain biological toxins and toxic gas monitoring systems, aiming to reduce licensing burdens on U.S. industry, following an agreement with Australia in 1998.
