Ethalfluralin; Reestablishment of Tolerance for Emergency Exemptions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reestablished a temporary exemption for the pesticide ethalfluralin to be used on canola, allowing residues up to 0.05 parts per million (ppm) for an additional 2-year period until December 31, 2001. This decision follows an emergency exemption granted by the EPA under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
