Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for PC-12 and PC-12/45 Airplanes

Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. is proposing a new airworthiness directive to require the activation of airframe pneumatic deicing boots on its PC-12 and PC-12/45 models, following reports of in-flight incidents and an accident caused by non-activation of these boots in icing conditions.
