Commodity Futures Trading Commission Extends Comment Period for Risk Assessment Provisions

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission extended the comment period for proposed rules to implement the risk assessment provisions of the Futures Trading Practices Act of 1992 by 60 days, in response to a request from the Futures Industry Association.
