Temporary Drawbridge Closure for New Orleans Air Show

The U.S. Coast Guard is temporarily closing the State Route 23 vertical lift span drawbridge across the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway at Belle Chasse, Louisiana, from October 30 to November 1, 1999, to accommodate vehicular traffic for the New Orleans Open House 1999 Air Show at the U.S. Naval Air Station, Joint Reserve Base.
