Short Brothers & Harland Ltd. Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for SC-7 Series 2 and SC-7 Series 3 Airplanes

The company is proposing a new airworthiness directive to require the activation of airframe pneumatic deicing boots on its SC-7 Series 2 and SC-3 airplanes, following reports of in-flight incidents and an accident in icing conditions.
