BLM Extends Comment Period for Proposed Right-of-Way Regulations

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is extending the comment period for its proposed rule to amend its right-of-way regulations by 30 days, from October 13, 1999, to November 13, 1999, in response to several requests for an extension.
