EPA Proposes Administrative Settlement with Bell Atlantic Companies Over Clean Water Act Violations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has entered into a consent agreement with Bell Atlantic Companies to resolve violations of the Clean Water Act, including failure to prepare Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plans for seven facilities storing diesel oil in above ground tanks, and has assessed a civil penalty of $X for these violations.
