EPA Proposes Exclusion for General Motors' Hazardous Waste from RCRA Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to grant General Motors Corporation's petition to exclude certain solid wastes generated by its wastewater treatment plant from the lists of hazardous wastes under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)
