EPA Proposes Settlement with Western Wireless and VoiceStream Wireless for Clean Water Act Violations

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has entered into a proposed consent agreement with Western Wireless Corporation and VoiceStream Wireless Corporation to resolve violations of the Clean Water Act, including failure to prepare Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure plans for diesel oil storage facilities.
